I want everyone who visits Lashes by Lis to feel welcomed and well cared for. I’ll always do my best to meet your needs, and in return, I ask that you please follow the policies I’ve put in place to help ensure a smooth and positive visit for us both.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours result in a $40 cancellation fee.
Late Policy
Please be on time. There is 10 10-minute grace period. After 20 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
Foreign Fill Policy
LTo maintain the health of your natural lashes and ensure the best results, a foreign fill will only be performed under the following conditions:
There is no buildup on your natural lashes or extensions.
Cross-bonding (when lashes/extensions are stuck together) can be separated.
If buildup or significant cross-bonding is present, we will not be able to proceed with the foreign fill. In such cases, a lash removal will be required, followed by either a break from extensions or the option to schedule a new set if suitable.
Please note that booking this service does not guarantee we will be able to move forward with the application of extensions, even if photos were sent via text prior to your appointment.
